CREAMY PUMPKIN SAGE SOUP
3 14 oz. cans chicken broth
1 15 oz. can pumpkin
2/3 cup sliced leeks (2 medium)
2 tsp. ground sage
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 cup half and half
Parm cheese (optional)
Combine broth, pumpkin, leeks, sage, salt and pepper in a 3 1/2 quart slow
cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Or high for 3-4 hours. Stir in Half
and Half. Sprinkle with cheese.
