Beef Strips
Portobella Mushrooms cut into strips
2 Scallions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon sherry
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Saute butter, garlic and mushrooms for 1 minute. Add sherry, salt, pepper, steak and scallions. Cook until beef is cooked through. Wrap contents in lettuce, serve.
