20 stalks fresh asparagus
20 thin slices prosciutto
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Snap off tough ends of asparagus. Wrap each stalk with 1 slice prosciutto. Place on prepared baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and drizzle with lemon juice. Bake 8-10 minutes or until prosciutto is crispy.
