1 cup splenda
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 egg

Mix the sugar, peanut butter and egg in a bowl. Roll dough into small balls and place on cookie sheet. With your thumb, press the middle of each ball down. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.

To determine carb count, figure out how many carbs are in 1 cup of peanut butter and divide by the number of cookies the dough makes.
